The whole staff was so helpful. My family and I were traveling to the Black canyon on Sunday the 2nd of July and our alternator went out, they towed us back to Gunnison and did all they could on Sunday to locate an alternator and fix our SUV on Sunday. Although unable to locate the parts on Sunday, Monday morning Gifford located the parts and set us on our way in great shape by noon on the 3rd of July. Thanks again !! They made a unpleasant sitruation as easy as possible!!!

After a hike in Crested Butte, my buddy and I went for a drive to check out a few things. We ended up getting stuck in the snow on Cement Creek Rd. From what I've heard around town, everyone gets stuck up there. Apparently I'm not the first, and I for sure won't be the last. We called on the "crafty veteran" from Triple Cross towing, Gifford Jauregui. This guy has been taking on off-road tasks for over 15 years, and it definitely showed. He was very clear in the process of what needed to be done. He has great personal skills, very good at communicating, and got the job done in one full swoop. I was upset about the whole situation of getting stuck and whatnot, but I'm really happy to have met Gifford. He's a real cool guy, down to earth, and nice.
